I finally completed my first project, guys! For my first attempt at felt crafting, I attempted this kawaii sushi plush tutorial by another Tammy, Tammy Hallam! I chose it because it was small and simple to make, so it was perfect for a virgin attempt. 😄 From the first time I watched the video, I already knew there was so much to learn. The first thing I learned is to measure out your pieces before sewing them together! Tammy helpfully provided the measurements for each piece in her video. It's definitely so much easier to put everything together after you've cut out and assembled the pieces you need. Initially, I thought that my basic knowledge of sewing was enough, but I quickly realised that there were so many other ways to sew, too! Tammy mainly used something called a "blanket stitch" when sewing her plushie.
